 Center for Peacemaking and Conflict Studies Lifetime Achievement Award to James Rowland, "In recognition of his lifetime of service to victims and the community, through his resourcefulness, leadership in making California a pioneer in victims rights, his support of restorative justice, and his dedication to the principles of Shalom."
